In a phone call to the head architect of the Tallinn Lasnamäe district, Malle Meelak, the filmmaker Mark Soosaar asks direct questions about Lasnamäe and gets unexpectedly direct answers because Meelak is unaware that the call is being recorded. Later on, she gives a public interview to Soosaar in front of the camera, with words that are diametrically opposite to the opinions offered in the call.
